Spiritual Mentoring

Exploring your spirituality in a safe and supportive space

Together, we will embark on a transformative journey to uncover the truth of who you are - "a spiritual being having a (very) human experience". You are not alone on this journey, and I am here to support you every step of the way. I will help you discover your spiritual truth, providing guidance and support within a safe and sacred space. Some of the areas we can explore should you feel called to do so:

• Self-compassion and self-care

• The power and intelligence of your heart

• Accessing the wisdom of your soul

• Your astrological blueprint 

• Emotional and psychological blocks

• Self-healing techniques

• Abundance, intention and gratitude

• Guides, intuition, journeying and meditation

• Grounding, presence and protection

No long-term commitment is required; curiosity and a desire to explore what is opening up for you is. I recommend attending at least four sessions, each a maximum of one month apart. To cover all the subjects listed in any meaningful depth will require a minimum of nine sessions. You are welcome to pay as you go and see if the mentoring continues to be helpful to you and at intervals that suit your needs. Each one-hour mentoring session can be held in person at my studio or via Zoom and is payable upon booking.
